  • 12.00 – 13.30pmNLS Moving Image Archive presents Her Century (U) – A glimpse into the work, home life and leisure of women during the twentieth century.The footage preserved in the National Library of Scotland Moving Image Archive documents the varied roles of women in Scotland throughout the last century. In this programme there are crofters,campaigners, factory workers, psychologists, mothers, pilots and educators. There were also filmmakers and the programme includes work by professional documentarians such as Sarah Erulkar, Budge Cooper and Jenny Brown as well as amateur footage from Grace Williamson
  • 14.00 – 16.00pm  The Illusionist (PG) – The Illusionist is one of a dying breed of stage entertainers. With emerging rock stars stealing his thunder in the late 1950s, he is forced to accept increasingly obscure assignments in fringe theatres, at garden parties and in bars and cafés.
